our Cancellation Policy

We know that unexpected things come up, so please review our cancellation policy. If you can’t make it to class, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit toward a future class. Because we invest time and materials ahead of time, cancellations made less than 24 hours before class and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. We understand that sometimes extenuating circumstances arise, and we will do our best to make accommodations when possible. Our classes run rain or shine—we love being outdoors in all kinds of weather—but we will cancel if conditions are unsafe. If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund or class credit.
